Barbell Club is a class that is for any member at CrossFit Pegasus who wants to compete in Weightlifting or Powerlifting competitions. We build a personalized program to increase strength and performance in that sport.

Weightlifting is the sport of attempting to achieve the highest total of weight lifted overhead by using the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Athletes receive personalized programs to help them build muscle, then strength and finally peak for competition to attain the best result possible on the competition floor.

Powerlifting is the is the sport of attempting to achieve the highest total of weight lifted in the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. Similar to Weightlifting, Athletes receive personalized programs to help them build muscle, then strength and finally peak for competition to attain the best result possible on the competition floor.
