Race the length of the gym only doing Inchworm Burpees
Gymnastics
Handstand Holds (with a Partner) (2 minutes)
accumulate time in a Handstand Hold
HSPU Progression (20 total reps)
Perform sets and reps of one of the following that can be performed with technical perfection:
1) Pike Push Ups
2) HSPU Knees on a Box
3) HSPU Feet on a Box
or 4) Strict HSPU
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
17 minute AMRAP:
5 Handstand Push Ups
15 Burpees
30 Alternating Single-Leg Squats (Pistols)
